A new pace and new roads after 30 years – thank you, Endre!

An era has come to an end: Papp Endre, the manager of our plastic injection moulding plant, has retired after 30 years with us. He joined in 1994 and, through his expertise, precision and dedication, became an inseparable part of our company's history. His genuine interest in machinery and solution-focused approach created lasting value. Thanks to carefully planned succession, the baton is already in reliable hands – while the spirit of the workshop lives on.

An era in our company's history has come to an end: Papp Endre, the manager of our plastic injection moulding plant, has retired after 30 years of service.

Endre joined us in 1994, when our first injection moulding machine arrived. Since then, he has quite literally accompanied the development of our company: from its early days through continuous expansion to today's modern, robotised machinery. He operated and cared for our machines with heart and soul, often as though they were his own. Thanks to his qualifications as an electrical instrumentation technician, exceptional technical aptitude and genuine interest in machinery, he resolved countless faults in moments, often before a service call was even needed. His colleagues would often say: when Endre is here, nothing is impossible.

His commitment to plastic injection moulding was not only admirable but truly inspiring. Whether working on automotive, medical technology, catering or ventilation projects, he met every challenge with responsibility and outstanding expertise. He proved himself in countless tool trials, and his improvement proposals and solutions created lasting value for the company.

As Endre had carefully prepared for this stage of his life, he spent the past few months training his successor, who has taken over plant management as an experienced professional. This ensures a smooth transition and keeps the spirit of the workshop alive.

On his last working day, we gave him a special farewell. As well as expressing our gratitude, we presented a personal gift: a motorcycle jacket reflecting his passion for riding. We hope it will help him confidently take on the open road, just as he once mastered production deadlines.

Dear Endre, thank you for everything you have done for the company, your colleagues and our outstanding professional achievements. We are grateful that you shared this long journey with us.

We wish you good health, wonderful experiences and many rewarding miles in the next chapter.

From now on, may the sound of the wind accompany your journeys instead of the noise of machines.
