We optimise the component for cost-effective manufacturing during the design phase, supported by Moldflow® simulations.
Precision toolmaking
We manufacture complex series-production tools weighing up to 2 tonnes in our own facility. We also support a rapid market launch with prototype manufacturing, sample production and validation.
Validated production launch
We carry out the ramp-up process using PPAP and a data-driven injection moulding protocol to ensure consistent quality from the very start of series production.
Controlled series production
We manufacture technical components in medium-sized production runs in accordance with IATF 16949. Our modern machinery and integrated SAP system guarantee 100% traceability and documentation.
Ongoing operational support & JIT
Our in-house maintenance capabilities safeguard tool service life, while flexible logistics integrate with your production chain.
