Cycle-based inspections: For our contracted partners, we schedule preventive maintenance based on actual tool usage. This includes cleaning cooling circuits, lubricating sliding components and assessing the condition of wear parts.
Inventory management: On request, we maintain a safety stock of critical tool components subject to frequent wear. If a failure occurs, there is no need to wait weeks for delivery — replacement can be carried out immediately.
When tool breakage or wear causes burrs, time is the most critical factor. Our 3D scanning technology enables us to reconstruct the model and manufacture the replacement part by precision machining, preventing production line stoppages caused by missing documentation or slow spare-parts procurement.
You do not need the original drawings. Simply send us the defective or worn component for a few hours. Using modern 3D scanning and measurement techniques (reverse engineering), we immediately create a digital twin of the component.
While our partner continues production using temporary solutions or at reduced capacity, we are already precision-manufacturing the new replacement part in parallel.
Where necessary, our engineers investigate the root cause on site and recommend modifications that make the tool more resistant to future operating loads.
