By participating in the Zöld Bajnok (Green Champion) funding programme, our company aims to further strengthen its market position and competitiveness through the planned procurement, training/consultancy and renewable energy investment. We intend to achieve this through targeted development and investment in the following 4 areas:

Production development

We are developing our injection moulding plant by purchasing new, modern injection moulding machines. This will enable us to serve our existing customers more extensively and establish long-term relationships with new automotive customers.

Purchase of bore gauges

Our company continually strives to serve customers more efficiently and to ever higher quality standards. To support production efficiency, bore gauges suitable for in-process measurements help us continue to meet the quality requirements our customers expect.

Installation of solar panels

We consider the installation of solar panels at our site particularly important, both for environmental responsibility and for reducing costs.

Within this project, we are developing a modular grid-based storage system whose design and material will be revolutionary among logistics trays. The technology and material we are developing address several problems. Above all, the material's exceptional mechanical and chemical resistance prevents the sharp corners and edges of machined components, such as engine blocks, cylinder heads and shafts, from shaving material off the tray surface. Such debris could otherwise enter assembled units and cause faults. Another strand of development is a grid-based system that can easily be adapted to store components of different shapes and sizes. Supports are positioned on a pallet-sized base so that they can be adjusted to another size in a single movement. Their design makes the system simple to use: different shaft or piston sizes do not require separate containers, as one container can accommodate them. None of the trays currently on the market meets these criteria. The best material solution currently available is a TPU coating 0.1–0.2 mm thick, which has already reduced debris formation by 20–30%. Experience, however, indicates the need for a storage solution with a thicker and more durable coating or base material. By the end of the project, we aim to create a new, innovative product in terms of both material and storage-system design. The result will be a comprehensive technology covering material processing as well as the design of the supports and their connections.
